Designs:

All of our approved designs follow the same broad principle. An holistic approach has been adopted to ensure that the fundamental design ethos runs through all aspects of the house, from practice and efficiency standpoints, to end-designs which are judged to be aesthetically pleasing, durable and comfortable in use.

Materials:

The panel system forms the 1.2m grid layout upon which the house designs are set out. Roof panels are augmented by sheet or tile over covering roofing materials, surface rainwater goes to ground drains. Wall panels can be self –finished or painted, and may also be rendered with, for example, a brick or stone finish. Window components can be natural wood, UPVC sliding or casement and doors solid or glazed.

Garden and landscaping:

Each house will be provided with its own private, external space. Garden walling can be constructed using the same low-cost panel system with a choice of finishes and excellent durability and acoustic efficiency.

Market Sectors:

The system has extremely broad market potential – from private to social housing, from commercial to governmental buildings, from military to aid agencies.
